Project Overview
With support from the Luena Foundation, IDEA implemented a community-based WASH initiative focused on improving hygiene practices and reducing health risks among vulnerable communities in remote areas of Herat province.
The project aimed to strengthen public awareness regarding hygiene and disease prevention through the installation of handwashing stations and community awareness activities targeting children, families, and community members.
